Video taken by Milwaukee mom Cryssy Turner shows a little girl named Zoe say, “Alex, play ‘Baby Shark.’”

But Alexa couldn't quite make out what the toddler was saying.

Instead, it played "Sure, Baby...Hold Back" by 2000s rock band Say Anything, not the popular children's song  by Pinkfong.

Turner's video captured her daughter's adorable reaction and frustration with Alexa.

"She tries so hard to get Alexa to play her jam," Turner said in the Oct. 15 Facebook post of the video. "She struggled for at least 5 mins b fore I even started recording."

Eventually, Turner had to step in to make the request, and Zoe happily hopped up and down and clapped to the song.

Turner's Facebook video now has more than 13 million views. Days later, Turner uploaded the video to YouTube.

The original "Baby Shark" jingle, as many know it, was actually created by the Korean-based kids YouTube channel Pinkfong in 2015. The children's song grew popular in Asia and eventually became a global phenomenon.

As of November 2018, the dance version of "Baby Shark", uploaded on June 17, 2016, has received more than 1.8 billion views worldwide.
