Security video from the shop shows at least two stray bullets whizzing past the girl, missing her head by mere inches.

The shooters were aiming for the tattoo parlor next door after a dispute there, according to NBC News.

The girl survived, suffering only minor injuries in the shooting.

Two men were arrested Tuesday and are facing charges in Maricopa County.
