Speeding ambulance carrying cocaine, ecstasy, mushrooms pulled over, driver arrested

A Michigan man was arrested in Nebraska after authorities discovered an array of drugs inside an ambulance during a traffic stop.

Levi Weintraub, 35, from Kalamazoo, was pulled over in Lincoln on Interstate 80 for speeding, according to KETV-TV.

When sheriff's deputies searched the inside of the ambulance, they found suspected illegal drugs, including cocaine, psychedelic mushrooms, Ecstasy and ketamine.

Investigators told KETV they believe Weintraub was not working as an ambulance driver but had instead bought the vehicle at a surplus sale.
