Some symptoms, like headache and nausea, may not seem like a big deal; however, doctors say they could be signs of heat stroke.
Dr. Sunil Joshi said people need to pay attention to those symptoms.
“Probably the most common first symptom would be nausea for no reason, and then, you can get lightheaded, have bad headaches,” Joshi said.
He said this could happen just from being outside without doing any activities.
“It can go from as simple as just having a headache, to being nauseated, to full-blown loss of consciousness to so it is important to take that seriously,” Joshi said.
