NYC mayor wants to plan block party with Kanye West

When crummy weather scratched a Kanye West performance in New York, the performer immediately told his people to call the mayor’s people to whip up a future outdoor concert instead.

That didn’t happen, but it’s apparently not out of the question, a tweet from Mayor Bill de Blasio suggests.
