A New Jersey woman is accused of stabbing her identical twin sister to death.
Amanda Ramirez, 27, has been charged with aggravated manslaughter in the stabbing death of her twin sister, Anna, according to a statement from the Camden County Prosecutor's Office.
Camden County police responded Saturday morning to a report of an unconscious woman at a Camden apartment, prosecutors said.
Officers found Anna Ramirez lying on the ground, bleeding. She was taken to a hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Amanda Ramirez was arrested the same day. Authorities haven’t released a motive for the stabbing.
