The daughter of the former husband and wife posted a photo of flowers on Twitter. She said they were sent to her mother from her father on the day the divorce was finalized.
Morgan Lynn said in a followup post that her dad would send her mother flowers when she had a bad day, Buzzfeed reported.
But the story gets more heartbreaking.
She said that her parent's wedding song was "Had Me from Hello" by Kenny Chesney. The song he heard later was "Always Gonna Be You," which is also by Chesney. He called it the couple's finale.
When she said she couldn't handle sadness from her parents break-up, she reached out to the internet to help cheer her up, asking for her followers for photos of dogs.
The web answered the call.
