A makeup artist and blogger is trying to break the stigma of mental illness.

Yasaman Gheidi started the #InsideOutChallenge after she felt like she had to leave a holiday office party due to an anxiety attack, Cosmopolitan reported.

She said she had a headache but then realized she shouldn't lie to her coworkers that it was actually overwhelming anxiety that caused her to leave.

She then came up with the challenge, with the name taken from the Disney animated film "Inside Out."

Using makeup, she illustrated how she feels on the inside when she's dealing with her mental illness and challenged others to do the same.

She posted her first makeup illustration to her YouTube channel.

Then she went to her Instagram account, compiling other mental illness sufferers' illustrations.
