A grieving mother from England visiting her son's grave on the third anniversary of his death was comforted by a bird, Hot Topics reported.

Marie Robinson lost her son, Jack, three years ago to a brain tumor. On April 1, she prepared to visit the cemetery to remember his life.

"Three years ago today I was totally numb at losing my little Jack. And three years on I'm still numb on this day. Today will be hard," Robinson wrote on Facebook.

Later that day, she visited Jack’s grave and got some comfort from a small bird. The bird was perched atop a nearby grave, and when Robinson stretched out her palm, the bird landed on her finger and looked at her.

“Can’t believe what’s just happened,” Robinson wrote when posting the video online. “Yes it brought me to tears. Taking it as a sign from Jack.”
