DUI suspect in California slams into street sign, keeps driving with it on car, police say

A California man is accused of driving while intoxicated after he struck a freeway sign Saturday and kept driving with it on his car, authorities said.

According to a post on the Anaheim Police Department's Instagram page, the car struck the sign on a freeway off-ramp and "kept driving with its new hood ornament."

The motorist continued to drive until he was stopped by police, KTLA reported.

Police said it was the driver’s fourth DUI arrest in the past 10 years, the television station reported. Police did not identify the driver.
