Month of roadwork to close lanes along High Street in Hamilton

High Street (State Route 129) between Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard and Seventh Street in Hamilton will see a month of lane closures during roadwork that starts today.

Lanes will be reduced nightly from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Wednesday, April 25, for approximately one month, according to the Ohio Department of Transportation.

Concrete sealing requires various lane closures in both directions, according to ODOT.

This work is being performed by ODOT as part of the Witt Way Bridge improvements, the city said.

Traffic will be maintained, with arrow boards and signs alerting drivers of closed lanes.
