Pet Valu to host annual Come Clean for Cancer dog wash fundraiser

Pet Valu is hosting its sixth annual Come Clean for Cancer fundraiser this weekend at more than 300 stores nationwide.

The self-serve dog wash stations, available from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, will cost $10 and come with all the supplies needed, including shampoo, towel service, aprons, treats, professional high velocity dryers and an elevated tub with easy access steps.

Proceeds from the self-serve dog washes, will benefit the Animal Cancer Foundation.

This annual fundraiser has raised more than $165,000 since its inception in 2014. Last year, Pet Valu raised more than $60,000 for ACE.
