The Civil Service Commission must immediately consider legislation as such legislation, if passed and adopted, must be considered by the council for the city of Franklin. The next City Council meeting will be conducted on April 6 and legislation for that meeting must be immediately drafted and added to council’s agenda for its consideration. This emergency meeting is strictly limited to issues surrounding the COVID-19 declared state of emergency.
