Endangered Missing Adult Alert canceled for north central Ohio man, 75

The alert was issued just before 11 p.m. Thursday.

INITIAL REPORT (Sept. 20)

An Endangered Missing Adult Alert has been issued for a 75-year-old Washington Courthouse man who was last seen leaving his home Thursday afternoon. 

John Doughty left his residence on Lotz Drive about 3 p.m., according to police. 

He suffers from dementia. 

Doughty is about 5-foot-3, 150 pounds and has gray hair and blue eyes. He was last seen wearing a blue plaid shirt and blue jeans. 

Call or dial 911 if you see him. You can also call 1-866-693-9171 or 911 to be transferred directly to Washington Courthouse police. The department's number is 740-636-2370.
