Strong storms possible Tuesday

Scattered showers and thunderstorms likely Tuesday, with the chance of an isolated strong to severe storm this afternoon.

TONIGHT: 

Showers across the Miami Valley with a few thunderstorms possible.

TUESDAY: Scattered showers and thunderstorms likely. An isolated strong to severe storm will be possible in the afternoon. Damaging winds will be the main threat from the strongest storms. Outside of storms, it will continue to be quite breezy.

Highs will be in the lower 60s — the record high is 63 degrees, set in 1925.

WEDNESDAY: Mostly cloudy skies will continue with a chance for a wintry mix in the morning changing to light snow in the afternoon or evening. Any snow accumulation would be light and likely confined to grassy or elevated surfaces.

Temperatures will fall through the 30s.

THURSDAY: A cold, blustery day is in the forecast with a mix of sun and clouds. Highs will be in the middle 20s.

FRIDAY: Expect a mix of sun and clouds with moderating temperatures. Highs will be near 40 degrees.

SATURDAY: Clouds will return with a chance for afternoon or evening showers. It will be mild and breezy at times. Highs will be near 50 degrees.
