Increasing chance for rain this weekend

A light shower is possible overnight, mainly in areas north of Interstate 70, according to Storm Center 7 Chief Meteorologist Eric Elwell.

FRIDAY: Expect a mix of sun and clouds. There will be the chance for a pop-up shower or storm in the afternoon, mainly north of I-70. It will be warm with highs in the middle 70s.

SATURDAY: Partly sunny skies with pop-up showers and storms possible. It will be unseasonably warm with highs reaching the upper 70s.

SUNDAY: A cloudy day is expected with showers and storms becoming more widespread by afternoon. Highs will reach the lower 70s.

MONDAY: A quiet start to the new week. Clouds break for some sunshine. Highs in the upper 60s. 
TUESDAY: Expect a mix of sun and clouds, with more clouds arriving late in the day. Highs will be around 70 degrees. A passing shower or storm is possible late in the evening.
