A 75-year-old Middletown man is the 17th person to die in a fatal Warren County crash so far in 2018, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol.
James Quinn of Middletown was pronounced dead Wednesday by an ambulance crew in Turtlecreek Twp. after his SUV crashed into a tree near the Greentree Road intersection.
Neither alcohol nor drugs were expected to be factors, according to OSP.
With nearly three months remaining in 2018, the fatal crash was the 17th of the year. That is two more than in all of 2017, according to the highway patrol.
