Three new COVID-19 cases were confirmed Thursday in Warren County.

This brought the total to 26 — 16 men and 10 women, according to an online update Thursday afternoon.

This was the largest daily increase of the week, but smaller than over the weekend, when the confirmed case total jumped from 11 to 20 between Friday and Sunday.

The range of those with confirmed case still ranges from 22 to 76, according to the Warren County Health Department.

County health officials could not be reached for comment.

“You should perceive your entire family to function as an individual unit. If one person puts themselves at risk, the whole unit is at risk. Studies show that even if there is only a little bit of connection between families (social dinners, playdates, etc.), it increases risk,” the health department’s Twitter account posted after the new total was posted.
