Local restaurant with multiple locations will start franchising in other states

Roll On In, a sushi burrito and bowl restaurant with locations in Hamilton, Lebanon Loveland and Clifton, has decided to start franchising with the help of Emerging Franchises.

The company has already signed its first franchisee in Wilmington, North Carolina, and expects to sign additional locations in North Carolina, as well as Georgia and Missouri later this month.

Founded in 2016 by co-owners John Kallenberger and Michael McCarthy, Roll on In aims to sell a minimum of 25 stores this year and will expand regionally. They are currently looking for qualified franchisees who enjoy our product and are enthusiastic about the business.

The company has been around since 2016, offers a menu filled with sushi burritos, sushi tacos, sushi bowls and even sushi donuts. It aims to offer fast, fresh, affordable food in a unique and casual setting.

Besides its four corporate units in Ohio, Roll On In also makes available a food truck for any type of party, event lunch or dinner, with catering that will allow guests to build their own burritos or bowls. The restaurant’s bento boxes are designed with an office lunch or dinner meeting in mind.

Roll On In offers multiple revenue streams such as dine-in, take out, delivery, catering and mobile office pop up. Those franchising with the restaurant receive marketing assistance, real estate assistance, training, experienced management, operational assistance and more.
