Kings Island’s Fan Appreciation Days feature FC Cincinnati today

Kings Island’s Ohio Fan Appreciation Days kicks off today with special visits from local sports teams including FC Cincinnati, the Cincinnati Reds and Cincinnati Cyclones.

FC Cincinnati forwards Omar Cummings and Danni Konig and midfielders Marco Dominguez, Paul Nicholson and Eric Stevenson are scheduled to stop by the amusement park at 3:30 p.m. today for a question-and-answer session with park guests in the Showplace Theatre on International Street.

On Friday, Kings Island’s annual Reds Days event takes place with catcher Tucker Barnhart, third baseman Eugenio Saurez and outfielder Scott Schebler appearing at 11 a.m. in the Showplace Theatre for a Q&A with park guests.

On Saturday, mascots and interactive activities will be available from the Cincinnati Cyclones and Western & Southern Tennis Tournament from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. around the Eiffel Tower on International Street. The Ohio State University Marching and Athletic Band will perform from 12:30 p.m. to 1 p.m. at the Bandstand on International Street.
