DHL Express, the world’s leading international express services provider, is recruiting for 300 positions for its Americas Hub at the Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky Airport (CVG).

The company will hold a career fair from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday at Receptions Conference Center, 1379 Donaldson Highway, Erlanger, Kentucky.

Given the rise in shipments that occur during the busy holiday season and the increased needs of DHL customers due to small businesses expanding internationally, the company is expanding its workforce, officials said. The openings to be filled are for hub operations agents and will be full-time, permanent positions.

Salaries start between $12.55 and $16.55 per hour, and DHL is offering a $300 hiring bonus (paid after 90 days of employment).

Plus, full & part-time employees qualify for a range of benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance; paid vacation, holidays, up to $5,250 college tuition reimbursement and two raises per year.

The jobs at the CVG DHL hub offer health benefits and tuition reimbursement, as well as allow for a variety of flexible work schedules. The positions may require the ability to sort, load and unload materials.
