“The site was chosen by the majority of participating builders at a site selection committee meeting held earlier in the year,” Dan Dressman, executive director for the Home Builders Association of Greater Cincinnati, told this media outlet. “The builders felt that a combination of factors including school district, available large lots and accessibility would make it a very desirable location for new homebuyers.”

Participating in the show are several of Greater Cincinnati’s top builders, including Wieland Builders, Frazier Homes, High Pointe Custom Homes, Justin Doyle Homes, Somerset Custom Homes and Sterling Homes.

Another builder may be added by year’s end, Dressman said.

Located in the Kings School District, the new community includes large, heavily wooded home sites, designed to preserve the natural features of the landscape. Highlands at Heritage Hill includes a pool, a community area with a garden, fishing pond, playground, sports fields and a wooded hiking trail.

Highlands at Heritage Hill also is in close proximity to the Kings Island, TPC River’s Bend private golf club and the Little Miami Scenic Trail and Countryside YMCA, the world’s largest Y. In addition, shopping and entertainment options abound in the area within a few miles of the community.
