He was alleged to have threatened to bring a gun to school to kill a third grader for sitting with fourth graders on the bus, listing five students as his “kill list” and threatening to kill all but two students in his classroom on March 8.

This morning, he was sentenced during a hearing Warren County Juvenile Court.
Judge Joe Kirby also placed the boy on probation and ordered him or his parents to pay $65 in court costs.
