A 90-day detention was suspended, with credit for two days she already served, after sending “an email threatening to bomb Grace Baptist Church, knowing the threat was false” on Feb. 7, seven days before the deadly school shooting at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in Parkland, Fla.
On Monday, the girl admitted to making false alarms by emailing a church official that she wanted to bomb the church, Officer Aaron Shaffer of the Mason Police Department alleged in court documents. An inducing panic charge was dismissed in exchange to her admission.

No polygraph was used in this case to help the judge assess the seriousness of the threat.
The case was filed on Feb. 22, eight days after the Florida school shooting and in the midst of more than 10 other school threat cases filed in Warren County Juvenile Court.
