Reber was among those identified in a list of indictments issued Monday by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

Reber turned over samples for DNA tests in April after being accused of performing oral sex on the alleged victim, 13, at a home in Maineville in Warren County, according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Warren County Common Pleas Court.
The girl reported she awoke on March 10 at the sleep-over to find Reber “performing oral sex on her,” according to the warrant returned last month.
Reber was arrested on May 31 in Maineville. He is scheduled for arraignment Wednesday in common pleas court in Lebanon.
