UPDATE @ 3:07 p.m. (Dec. 29):

A pursuit that started at the Cincinnati Premium Outlets in Monroe Wednesday was terminated in Dayton, however officers discovered the vehicle and at least one suspect a short time later.

Officers took at least one woman into custody in the 3000 block of Germantown Street around 4 p.m. and our crews spotted a store security tag on the woman’s clothing as she was arrested.

Monroe police said they tried to stop the vehicle at the outlet mall, before the vehicle fled north onto Interstate 75.

Officers tried to stop the vehicle after they tracked the plates and determined it was a vehicle that had been stolen earlier in the day from an address on Lexington Avenue, officials said.

Monroe police are trying to determine if the person or people in the vehicle are connected to any other possible criminal activity at the mall.

INITIAL REPORT:

A woman is in custody following a pursuit that started in Warren County and ended near Germantown Street in Dayton, according to initial reports.

Officers are on the scene in the 3000 block of Germantown Street.
