A Loveland woman has been indicted in the alleged extortion of a man she knew professionally over the past five years.

Evonne Dudley, 49, was indicted on one count of extortion, according to a list released today by the Warren County Prosecutor’s Office.

“Dudley threatened to expose her personal relationship with a man unless he agreed to pay her thousands of dollars. He made several payments over the time period specified by the indictment, until he reported the issue to law enforcement approximately one month ago,” Warren County Prosecutor David Fornshell said in a text message.
