Isaac Frazier, 21, told police he didn’t have a pistol on him during the alleged altercation Friday morning, but he had a weapon inside his apartment in the 2900 block of Wilbraham Road. Police obtained a consent to search without a warrant form and found a .22 caliber semi-automatic pistol and a loaded magazine in between the refrigerator and the kitchen cabinets, according to police.

Frazier told officers where he kept his weapon, police said.

Police were called Friday morning to an apartment. A woman told police three subjects, two men and a woman, knocked on her door, trying to get her outside to fight the woman. She used to date one of the men, she told police.

She told the people to leave, and when they refused, the woman’s father went outside and told them to leave. That’s when Frazier allegedly reached into his waistband, pulled out a pistol, pointed it at the man and said: “I’ll kill you, old man.”
