Man tells police he was tied up, robbed of $1,300 in cash

A Middletown man told police he was tied with a cable and had a gun put to his head before he was robbed of cash while in his apartment, according to a police report.

The man, who lives in the 1600 block of Jackson Lane, said he was hit in the ribs the night of Aug. 21 and one of the two suspects pointed a silver gun at his head, the report read.

The suspects stole about $1,370 in cash, according to the police report.
