Clothing retailer, auto parts store set to open new area locations

A popular brand centered on athletic and casual footwear, apparel and accessories will soon join Cincinnati Premium Outlets’ roster of nearly 100 name-brand retailers.

The 6,000-square-foot location of Puma, the first in the region, will open in June next to The North Face and across from Under Armour on the northeast side of Cincinnati Premium Outlets.

“We’re excited to welcome such a well-known brand to the center along with the unique collections they offer for athletes and active shoppers embracing the athleisure trend,” said Mary Ann Mattscheck, Cincinnati Premium Outlets general manager. “Adding Puma to our roster of top-name retailers provides shoppers with the highest quality shopping experience they won’t find anywhere else.”

The new store will feature sneaker styles for men, women and kids, as well as the latest fashion apparel for a variety of sports such as basketball, soccer, running, golf, motorsport and more.

The Puma opening announcement comes one month after the retail center announced that it would be getting a Pepper Palace. The new store, which sells gourmet hot sauce, barbecue sauce, salsa, pickled items, jellies and jams, beef jerky and more, opened on Thursday.

The announcement is just the latest in a string of new stores coming to the outlet mall. Action sports footwear and apparel retailer Vans opened in March next to Reebok Outlet and across from Disney Outlet Store and an AT&T store opened near Columbia Factory Store.
