UPDATE @ 4 p.m. (June 11):

A 23-year-old man from Bellbrook was cited for failure to yield and improper lane change after he allegedly caused a three-vehicle accident that sent several people to the hospital Sunday night.

Yontz then cut in front of a pickup truck driven by Ashley Williams, 26, of Lebanon, according to the Ohio State Highway Patrol trooper Adam Stabler of the Lebanon Post.

Yontz’s SUV flipped once but landed on its tires, Stabler said.

The third driver, Mary Kuhn, 17, then hit the two vehicles involved in the accident, Stabler said.

Speed and driving patterns were factors in the accident, according to Stabler.

The road was closed for about two hours Sunday, he said.

All three drivers were treated and released from local hospitals, according to Stabler.
