Looking to size up? You're in luck: Actor Tommy Lee Jones is selling his Wellington, Florida, polo ranch. The actor recently dropped the price on the 55-acre equestrian estate, known as San Saba, from a whopping $26.7 million to $19.9 million, the Palm Beach Post reported in April. The farm has a regulation-size polo field with tifton grass; a four-bedroom, two-bathroom apartment; four large paddocks; a lake with a waterfall; and a 5-acre nature preserve with trails, 48 stalls and a separate equipment building. "It is truly a spectacular polo facility," Realtor Martha Jolicoeur told the Post earlier this year. For more information, visit the Palm Beach Post and TopTenRealEstateDeals.com.
