Taylor Farms Illinois, Inc., is recalling around 51 total pounds of cheese and bacon quiche products due to incorrect labeling that doesn’t declare that the quiche contains eggs, a known allergen.
The Jarlsberg cheese and bacon quiche was produced on June 5, and were distributed to retail locations in Arkansas, Georgia, Kentucky, Mississippi, Ohio, Tennessee, and West Virginia.
The items subject to recall are 10-ounce individual plastic containers of “JARLSBERG & BACON QUICHE” with lot code TFIL156A001 and “USE BY: 06/11/19.”
Consumers that have purchased the mislabeled products are urged not to consume them. They should be thrown away or returned to their place of purchase.
There have been no confirmed reports of adverse reactions to eating these products.
Customers with questions about the recall should contact the Taylor Farms Hotline at 855-455-0098.
