The chamber, Oxford Visitors Bureau and the city’s parks and recreation department are also partnering to offer two raffles to visitors Saturday, said interim chamber president Kelli Riggs. One of the raffles Saturday offers a $100 cash prize for which visitors can enter and win that night, Riggs said. Also Saturday, consumers can enter a raffle at participating businesses to win a $500 shopping spree. Riggs said two shopping spree winners will be awarded on Dec. 21 and again Jan. 18.
