Pollsters asked Americans which presidential candidate they'd like to have over for Thanksgiving dinner and 24 percent said Clinton, 18 percent said retired neurosurgeon Ben Carson, 17 percent said Trump and 11 percent said Sanders.
And in other meaningless holiday political polling data, the survey found that 38 percent of Republicans oppose President Barack Obama's executive order last year of pardoning two Thanksgiving turkeys instead of the customary one.
The poll surveyed 80 percent of respondents over the telephone while 20 percent were asked online. It has a margin of error of plus or minus 2.7 percentage points.
