Four Bengals miss practice Wednesday

Bengals starting safeties George Iloka (ankle) and Reggie Nelson (groin), rookie cornerback Josh Shaw (groin) and rookie defensive tackle Marcus Hardison (knee) sat out Wednesday's practice.

Iloka suffered his injury in the first quarter of Sunday's 33-13 win at Oakland, but he said Monday he should be fine.

Nelson was on the injury report with the groin injury last week. He was listed as probable for Sunday's game, where he started and played 56 of the 66 snaps on defense.

Hardison and Shaw also were on the injury report last week and were inactive for Sunday's game.

Offensive tackle Andrew Whitworth and cornerback Leon Hall were listed as limited Wednesday with a designation of "NIR" -- non-injury related -- which means it was a rest day for the veterans.
