Virtual Usain Bolt Receives Sportsman of Year Trophy at Laureus Awards
Jamaican sprinter Usain Bolt, a triple gold medal winner at the London Olympic Games, was acclaimed sportsman of the year at the Laureus world sports awards in Brazil on Monday (March 11). Bolt repeated his success in Beijing by winning gold medals in all three sprint events in London - 100 metres, 200 metres and 4 x 100 metres relay. The relay team also set a new world record time.
