Cameron Shakes Europe Over EU Exit Vote
A long-anticipated speech from British Prime Minister David Cameron on the European Union has caused quite a stir throughout the continent. Cameron ended months of speculation by announcing a plan for a referendum vote to stay in or get out of the EU if he's re-elected in 2015. The Prime Minister said he wants Britain in the EU but wants to claw back some powers from Brussels, a proposal that other European countries reject.
