Ohio State coach gives Mike Weber's parents unforgettable phone call

Ohio State announced Mike Weber will start at running back this season.

Before Weber knew, his parents were told over the phone by Tony Alford, the team's running backs coach and assistant offensive head coach.

Weber, a four-star recruit, went to Ohio State after decommitting from Michigan. The Detroit native will replace Ezekiel Elliott, who led Ohio State to a national title two  years ago and  was drafted in the first round by the Dallas Cowboys in the 2016 NFL draft.
