Earlier in the morning, Fairfield defensive end Malik Vann, a four-star prospect, will sign with Cincinnati.
Carman is the No. 9 player in the nation and the top player in Ohio per 247Sports composite rankings.
Indians coach Jason Krause told the recruiting service Carman’s finalists are Clemson, Ohio State and USC.

Most of the area's top prospects are expected to sign with their schools Wednesday, including Wayne receiver Blue Smith with Ohio State. Marion Local offensive lineman John Dirksen with Notre Dame and Sidney running back Isaiah Bowser with Northwestern.
