Cleveland Browns release WR Brian Hartline

The Cleveland Browns have released wide receiver Brian Hartline.

Hartline signed a two-year, $6 million contract with the Browns last year after being cut by Miami. He caught 46 passes for 523 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games last season.

The Ohio State product, who will turn 30 in November, has 344 receptions for 4,766 yards and 14 touchdowns during his seven-year career.

The Browns selected four wide receivers in this year’s draft.
