Perfect North Slopes

The resort offers a beginner's "learn to turn" package, which includes an eight-hour lift ticket, ski rentals and group lesson. Beginners may take the group instruction as many times as they wish and will receive a $10 debit card at the completion of it.

Season: Usually December-early March.

Features: 400-foot vertical drop; 22 trails, 5 chairlifts, 6 rope tows and carpet lifts; 23-lane tubing hill.
