Royce Hall was built in 1929 and was one of the first structures to break ground on the UCLA campus. The Romanesque architecture and the grand performances featured on its stage have made Royce Hall a popular Los Angeles site. Regardless of the many venues populating Los Angeles, Royce Hall has still managed to become a leading center for culture and entertainment.

The Royce Hall schedule has become famous for hosting a variety of culturally-rich performances. In fact, Royce Hall is currently one of the home venues for the Los Angeles Chamber Orchestra and is often used by the Los Angeles Philharmonic for various recording sessions. Los Angeles’ Royce Hall – UCLA has also welcomed legendary entertainers like Twyla Tharp, Ella Fitzgerald and Frank Sinatra. Big names like these have made Royce Hall Los Angeles one of the more distinguished concert halls in the nation.

The Royce Hall schedule is a popular site for both mainstream and innovative music and dance productions. Visit the Royce Hall—UCLA schedule for more information on upcoming events and performances.
