How about a casino?

Regarding the old Mercy (Hospital) ground: Put a casino there on that seven acres. You watch Hamilton boom, even the Marriott there. The rooms will be full. That’s what we need.

I want to see if anybody considered ... having the Elder-Beerman (building) turned into a casino. You’ve got the parking garage there and the empty lot right beside it that could be extended into a parking lot. You’ve got the hotel next to that. I think it would be something for the city. If not, downtown Hamilton will deteriorate to nothing.

Sorry, the casino constitutional amendment just passed only allows casinos on those 4 specific properties in the 4 cities specified. No other locations allowed.
