I’m just wondering if Hamilton High School basketball coach (Tim) Robinson realizes he plays in the GMC? It is impossible to live by the threes. You must teach defense and rebounding. What were you thinking when you said you were going to try and run with Winton Woods? Come on, coach. Go back and watch the good coaches before you. (It’s) Defense and good foul shooting, not letting the threes fly. ...

I understand some of the people living in the area don’t like the fuel tanker parked there. This tanker has been parked there on and off for about six months. Why are Seven Mile officials letting something with possible hazards be parked in their town? ...

I think some people need to go and have a history lesson — because everybody is so against all the so-called illegal immigrants being here. If you would study a history lesson, you would realize that, actually, the Mexicans were here before the gringos. ... It is kind of ironic that people are now saying they (Hispanics) are taking over America — because the Mexicans are just taking back what was actually theirs to begin with.

I see that the Hamilton school system is up for another hollow award. They may talk the talk but they sure do not walk the walk. The Hamilton schools’ character education program is just words. The administration cannot claim to be of good character when they treat their employees so poorly. The administration is not honest, does not respect or show any compassion for their employees. The character education program is just about image, not substance. The Hamilton School District’s message to the students is: Do as I say, not as I do.
