After reading a recent poll that shows the vast majority of Americans want the rich to pay for their health care, it is obvious America is no longer the land of the free and the home of the brave. It is now the land of the people who want other people to pay for their stuff. That is really what this country has turned into. ...

I would like to express my appreciation to Applebee’s and Golden Corral for the free meal that they gave to the veterans. It was definitely a nice gesture on their part, and I thank you very much.

Regarding the Community Voice call about bombing women and children in Iraq and Afghanistan and that’s murder: You call these Iraq and Afghanistan people innocent but they hate your freedom and they want you dead. I participated in this. ... I’ve seen this firsthand.

The Democrats don’t have time to be worried about the terrorists. They are too busy being scared to death of Sarah Palin. Isn’t it wonderful?
