Regarding complaints about work on U.S. 127: They should ride up and see the new bridge over the river at Woodsdale. Now that’s a piece of work. I go by that detour twice a day, and they never seem to be getting anything done. It didn’t take this long to put a bridge across the Ohio River.

Special thanks to the service men and women who got our electric on. They worked so hard after that big storm, yet they probably received more negative comments than positive. Here’s their positive comment. Thanks for working so hard in the heat.

In regards to the callers complaining about the street repair on US127 and the Bridge on Wayne Madison Rd. until you've put your feet in those workers shoes and stepped up to the plate to do what they do dealing with the weather and whiners like you you need to just shut up or go another route. You apparantly have no idea what it took to accomplish what they've done. Instead of complaining why don't you stop and ask to assist them to see what it takes. I don't think you can do it.
