St. Xavier 61, Hamilton 42: St. Xavier out-scored Hamilton 19-8 in the first quarter.

Christian Jones led Hamilton with 17. A’Shon Riggins had four points, four assists and three rebounds. Ryan Robinson scored seven off the bench.

Tyler Hadden and Roderick Mills each scored 13 to lead St. Xavier. Mills had 11 rebounds. Ben Carroll had 12.

Trotwood 63, Lakota West 55: Ali Barnes had 25 points to lead Lakota West. Tyler Bowling had eight points, six rebounds.

Dezhontae Bennett scored 25 for Trotwood. JaMar Hammonds had 17.

Girls Basketball

Middletown 51, Hamilton 44: Vada Edwards had 22 points, nine rebounds and four steals for Middletown. Giselle Banks had eight points, four rebounds off the bench.

Jillian Spurlock led Hamilton with 17. Savannah Conrad had 12 points, seven rebounds.

Middletown had a 13-4 run in the second quarter.

Talawanda 66, Little Miami 42: Ana Richter poured in 30 and Megan Richardson added 19 for the host Braves. Lindsay Davis scored 13.

Harrison 54, Edgewood 46: Jenna Brown led the Cougars with 15 and Haley Rutherford added 13.

Lakota West 50, Oak Hills 40: Lauren Cannatelli had 15 and Nia Staples added 10 for the visiting Firebirds.

Lakota East 42, Fairfield 39: The Thunderhawks held off an Indians rally for the win. Bria Spaulding led the Indians with 11 points.
