High school basketball highlights for Wednesday, Dec. 12:

Cin. Christian 43, C.H.C.A. 38: The Cougars rallied after trailing 26-19 at the half. Kirsten Paul scored 10 of her 14 points in the second half and Anna Wolford scored all of her 8 points in the second half. Abby Wolford also had 13 points for Cin. Christian (6-1).

Lakota West 59, Middletown 24: Nia Staples led ‘West (5-1) with 15 points and Rachel Tomasic added 11 points with 3 blocks. Vada Edwards paced the Middies (3-3) with 16 points.

Talawanda 61, Edgewood 31: Ana Richter scored 22 points and grabbed 10 rebounds to lead the Braves and Megan Richardson added 17 points. Maura Hackney tallied 12 to lead the Cougars.

Springboro 56, Wayne 39: Springboro jumped out to a quick 29-2 lead. Panthers’ senior Jenny DeGraaf knocked out her third straight double-double, leading ‘Boro (3-1) with 18 points and 12 rebounds. Victoria Wabler added 18 points for Wayne (2-4).

Troy 40, Lebanon 34, OT: Kristen Wood led the Trojans with 21 points. Lebanon’s Gracen Howard had 9 points and 8 rebounds as the Warriors (4-2) lost their second straight after starting the season 4-0.

Princeton 75, Hamilton 39: Chelsea Mitchell and Emily Roper had the hot hands for the Vikings as they scored 25 and 23 points, respectively on the night. Jillian Spurlock paced the Big Blue with 23 points and 7 rebounds.
