Staff Report

Single-game tickets (excluding Opening Day) for the Cincinnati Reds regular-season home games will go on sale at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 2, the team announced Monday afternoon.

Tickets for single games can be purchased at reds.com, by calling 513-381-REDS, 877-647-REDS on in person at Great American Ball Park and Kroger stores with Ticketmaster retail outlets.

The Reds will implement dynamic pricing in 2013 for single-game tickets. Ticket prices for single games will be adjusted based on factors such as Day of the week, month, visiting team’s performance, weather forecast and ticket inventory.

Nearly half of MLB clubs use dynamic pricing.

“After watching and studying industry pricing strategies over the last few years we decided to implement dynamic pricing for the 2013 season,” said Reds COO Phil Castellini.

According to the Reds, single-game ticket prices will never be lower than the prices offered to season ticket holders.
